“Kayla has been a joy to work with from start to finish. We felt guided and supported every step of the way. Our vision was welcomed with open arms and the end results are pure genius. We were beyond thrilled with our re-branding that we jumped right into a website revamp and that speaks volumes about our satisfaction. You will be addressed with mutual respect, patience, and the same drive for your project. Without a doubt we recommend Fresh Clarity and will continue to utilize this company for our future needs. As our business grows and evolves as we feel confident Kayla is beyond qualified to assist in navigating the needs of our practice.

Define & Refine
This project started with an extensive questionnaire to better understand the client, their business, and long-term goals. Questions range from business practices, to visual aesthetic. We began by defining their values and mission statement. From there a logo was designed and illustrations curated. They wanted a professional and modern feel but less sterile than your traditional doctors office. The soothing colors combined with the hand-drawn illustrations give a more relaxed and approachable mood.

Resource Guide
The practice was constantly fielding calls for forms or records requests, in turn they needed to then email the forms and explain how to return them depending on HIPAA. The solution was building a “Resources” page on the site where staff could easily direct patients. Each page has the applicable directions and saves the office countless hours on repetitive tasks. The practice also needed a quick resources guide for the internal team. Rather than building a separate platform we added a locked page on the site with links to everything a staff member may need. Most of the staff resources need an additional login but this one page keeps everything in one page for easy reference.

Employee login for resources subtly added to footer of site for easy access - this is a locked page
